“Too Easy”. FedGov creates a law whereby all Super Funds contribute 2% to fund a “National Carbon Tax Super Fund” which invests in businesses which deliver max. ‘carbon credits’ / ‘carbon tax’ value!
Such that if you earn a salary/wage (fulltime or partime) in Australia then your Super Payments get counted towards this & the Super Funds have to pay accordingly.
“Pay to Who?” Whatever is the most effective method of distributing/deploying these funds to achieve the objectives of the law.. *shrug*
No, sorry, seriously – Projects should be assessed against their values wrt the Law & objectives of reducing/offsetting Carbon Emissions..
